Still Waters is a biblical sleep stories app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The short version: Still Waters collects almost no data. The app works fully offline. We do not collect your name, email, location, or any personal information.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information. We do not collect your location. We do not access your microphone, camera, or contacts. We do not track your listening history. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Information Stored On Your Device Only

The following is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us: your subscription status (managed entirely by Apple) and your selected sleep timer preference.

Subscription and Payments

Still Waters offers an optional auto-renewable subscription at $2.99/month. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We never see, store, or handle your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all billing data: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy

Your subscription status is verified directly through Apple's StoreKit framework on your device. No subscription data is transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

Still Waters does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. The only external service involved is Apple's App Store for payment processing and subscription management.

Children's Privacy

Still Waters does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts, no data collection, and no online features. It is safe for family use.

Data Security

Because we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no personal data at risk. All content is stored locally on your device.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
